A component designed to mount two water bottles behind the saddle in a stacked fashion. When fitted with 2x Aero bottles this arrangement can reduce the overall aerodynamic drag of a rider by as much as 7 watts as well as providing an additional hydration solution. This was first used to great effect by Team Skipper during the Sub7 Triathlon Challenge and has since been adopted by many athletes in TT & Tri.

Description

A durable steel mounting bracket is used in conjunction with a carbon fibre adjustment bar which keeps vibration and bouncing to a minimum. A good range horizontal adjustment is available to both bottles providing compatibility with most saddle designs. We recommend the use of magnetic cage CX type bottles especially for the lower bottle which is inverted. Alternatively a regular round type bottle can also be fitted to the top position if preferred.

Please note that this component is intended to improve aerodynamic performance and therefore may not be your most practical hydration solution. This bracket must be fitted at an incline and not be horizontal or below horizontal to avoid bottle bounce out.
