Description
With an incredibly deep 100mm tubeless compatible clincher rim the Kronostok X is the fastest laced spoked wheel within our range designed for out and out speed over flatter terrain, intended only for use in TT and Triathlon.
Suitable for use with 23mm to 26mm tyres this full carbon clincher / tubeless rim has an internal width of 18mm with a maximum outer profile width of 27mm.
Due to the very deep profile we only recommend for use in low wind conditions.
TYRE RECOMMENDATION
23mm Vittoria Corsa Speed G2.0 – used as tubeless or with inner tubes.
23mm Michelin Power TT – with inner tubes.
25mm Continental 5000 – used as tubeless or with inner tubes
Note- Although the X rim will comfortably support tyre widths up to 30mm we recommend 23mm to 26mm tyres to optimize aerodynamic performance. If 28mm tyres are preferred then we recommend our Kronostok XW range.
