Description
The generous 21mm hooked inner rim track and 28mm outer track of the Kronostok models result in an improved tyre to rim interface keeping airflow disruption to a minimum. Increased internal tyre volume enhances comfort and control while reducing the potential for pinch flats if running with inner tubes as the tyre sits more inline with the outer rim.
Manufactured using latest technologies results in an evenly balanced, lighter, stiffer rim which is handbuilt onto DT Swiss hubs using Sapim CX Ray spokes to produce a high quality Pro level performance wheelset
TYRE RECOMMENDATION
A highly versatile rim design allows a great general aerodynamic compatibility using a tyre width range from 23mm to 32mm. Due to the wide inner rim track inflated tyres will sit between 1.5mm to 2.5mm wider than indicated depending on tyre brand. Wider tyres can be safely supported up to 45mm but will come with an aerodynamic penalty.
