Joe Skipper took the Ironman Chattanooga title in style to cap off his 2021 race campaign. A strong swim followed by a record bike and run splits delivered the win in 7:46:19, slashing an incredible 22 minutes from the previous record and finishing 8 and a half minutes clear of Lionel Sanders.
